Triston wasn't as enthusiastic this morning about 1st grade like he was the 1st day of kindergarten even though he has been asking to go to school for the past month.
Triston & his bud, Cutter.They were in the same class last year and wanted to be in the same class again. The teacher allowed them to choose their own seats so of course Triston wanted to sit next to Cutter. I hope this doesn't mean trouble!?!?!?!!

I am the dorky mom that makes "cutsie" treats for the 1st after-school snack. I know silly but the kids seemed to enjoy them.

I LOVE your first day of school treats and don't think they are dorky at all (I plan on doing the same thing next year when Reed starts school!) It's the little things you do like that that the boys will have sweet memories of!
You are so not a dorky mom. I think that's adorable!!! Ryann is going to half day Kinder at Joy School where she's been so we don't start till next week. Glad y'all are doing well!
