Cheese Farm

On our way to Junction last weekend we stopped in Dublin at the Veldhuizen Cheese Farm. The kids thought it was neat to see the cows getting milked. This is a family farm that has about 60 milking cows they use to produce their one of a kind cheese. They are making true artisanal cheese almost everyday. The cheese was delicious! They even had their own string cheese - so much better than what's in the stores!

Ty was a little afraid of the large cows so I didn't get
any pictures of him at the farm but here he is enjoying a juicy plum!
Triston & a very gentle cow that he was able to pet.
